SLIDING SCALE Fees are assessed for each person requesting services based on his/her ability to pay. The sliding fee schedule is based on family income and total number of individuals in the household who are dependent on that income. Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurance are accepted. CONSUMER RIGHTS Services and treatment are provided without regard to sex, race, age, sexual orientation, creed, color, religion or nation of origin.
