Whether you are a consumer, caregiver or professional seeking resources, we hope this user-friendly tool will help guide you to more readily accessible important information about services for people dealing with mental health, substance abuse/addictions and/or developmental disabilities issues.

Capital Area Human Services District includes the seven parishes of Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana. As you explore this site, you will be able to find out specific services offered, hours of operation and telephone numbers in order to directly contact the provider in or near your community.

The District’s staff is committed to the Agency’s mission to improve the availability and quality of supports to enhance each individuals’ quality of life. It is with this in mind that we encourage you to call on us to help you, a family member, friend or client.

The District’s board of directors and staff hold fast to the belief that services should be available in rural as well as urban settings and we rely on you to let us know how to serve your community.
