CAHSD provides Continuing Education Credit (CEU) workshops for its staff and the Greater Baton Rouge Community. All workshops are approved for 3.0 contact hours of continuing education credit by Capital Area Human Services District as authorized by the Louisiana State Board of Social Workers Examiners; and CAHSD is an approved CEU provider for licensed addictions counselors.
Participants will receive certificates upon completion of the workshop. We do not award partial credit. Those arriving late or leaving early will not receive certificates.
Registration
Pre-registration is required for all workshops. Walk-ins will be accommodated only as space permits.

Fees
$45 for Non-CAHSD staff prior to registration deadline. $65.00 if received after the registration deadline. There is no charge to CAHSD staff or CAHSD board members.
Payment may be made only by check or money order payable to CAHSD.
Payments cannot be transferred to another workshop or refunded for any reason.
CAHSD Staff
To ensure proper coverage, please be sure your supervisor approves your selections. Any CAHSD employee who pre-registers for a workshop and is unable to attend must provide prior notification to CAHSD Training Division of cancellation.
