POSTPONED Spring 2020 Training

CAHS provides Continuing Education Credit (CEU) workshops for its staff and the Greater Baton Rouge Community. All workshops are approved for 3.0 contact hours of continuing education credit by Capital Area Human Services as authorized by the Louisiana State Board of Social Workers Examiners; and CAHS is an approved CEU provider for licensed addictions counselors.


Participants will receive certificates upon completion of the workshop. We do not award partial credit.  Those arriving late or leaving early will not receive certificates.


Pre-registration is required for all workshops. Walk-ins will be accommodated only as space permits.

$50 for Non-CAHS staff prior to registration deadline. $70.00 if received after the registration deadline. There is no charge to CAHS staff or CAHS board members.


Payment may be made only by check or money order payable to CAHS.


Payments cannot be transferred to another workshop or refunded for any reason.


CAHS Staff
To ensure proper coverage, please be sure your supervisor approves your selections. Any CAHS employee who pre-registers for a workshop and is unable to attend must provide prior notification to CAHS Training Division of cancellation.
